OnPoint Awarded Department of State Hybrid Information Technology Services for State (HITSS) Contract
ARLINGTON, VA – May 15, 2007 – OnPoint Consulting, Inc. (OnPoint) announced today that it was awarded a contract by the Department of State as part of the department’s multiple-award HITSS Program. OnPoint’s HITSS award was made under the Small Business Pool, and is a five-year contract with a ceiling value of approximately $90 million. Under the HITSS Program, OnPoint will provide the Department of State with a full range of IT services, including: software development and analysis, systems maintenance and operations, database design and administration, configuration management, requirements planning, information security; business process reengineering, and project management.

OnPoint’s principal subcontractors for the HITSS contract are Advanced Resource Technologies, Inc. (ARTI) and Advanced Information Services, Inc. (AIS). ARTI has extensive experience supporting the Department of State, is a graduate of the 8(a) Program, and is certified as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned (SDVO) firm. AIS is a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), and holds a distinguished a Software Engineering Institute (SEI) Capability Maturity Model (CMM) Level 5 rating.
