OnPoint Appoints New Members to its Board of Advisors
ARLINGTON, VA – June, 2009 – OnPoint Consulting Inc. (OnPoint) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Brad Antle and Ms. Linda Allan to OnPoint’s Board of Advisors. The Board of Advisors meets three times each year to review OnPoint’s Strategic Plan and make course corrections as needed to ensure that OnPoint achieves its corporate growth and quality objectives. The Board of Advisors provide advice, guidance and recommendations on a broad range of topics including strategic planning, business development, corporate operations and service delivery.
Brad Antle previously served as President and CEO of SI International until its sale in 2008 to Serco for approximately $511 million. During his nearly 10-year tenure at SI, Mr. Antle helped grow SI from a $20 million company to a major federal contractor with more than $575 million in annual revenues. Prior to SI, Mr. Antle served as Lockheed Martin’s Director of Washington Technical Operations, a new engineering division that he grew to over 1,700 engineers supporting 21 sites and 70 programs. Mr. Antle began his corporate career at General Electric as a Senior Systems Engineer, after serving in the US Navy for eight years as a Surface Warfare Officer and as Deputy Department Head for Systems Engineering at one of the Navy’s software development facilities for tactical embedded systems. Following his release from active military service, Mr. Antle served in the Naval Reserve, holding several reserve commands, including his most recent command of a Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division unit. Mr. Antle earned a Master in Engineering degree from Penn State University, a Master in Business Administration degree from the National University in San Diego, CA, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland.
Linda Allan served as the Executive Vice President for NCI Information Systems (NASDAQ: NCIT) from 1991 until her retirement in 2008. She was responsible for executing activities focused on business growth, acquisitions, and risk mitigation, and overseeing NCI’s growth from a small 8(a) firm with $1 million in revenue to a large, publicly traded company with over 2,500 employees and $390 million in revenue in 2008. Prior to joining NCI, Ms. Allan held senior operations positions with Automated Sciences Group, MAXIMA Corporation, and Litton Bionetics. Ms. Allan earned a B.S. in Biology and an M.S. in Biomedical Sciences, both from Hood College, Frederick, MD.
