Our Leadership Team
Tim has spent over 20 years largely supporting the federal government, providing leadership and management success to the contractor community. As President of OnPoint Consulting, Inc., Tim leads an organization that is leveraging technology to improve the way our national security programs work with a focus on cybersecurity, engineering and development, analysis, and digital transformation. Outside of work, Tim enjoys competing in triathlons and enjoying a quiet weekend at local vineyards with his wife.
Director of Business Development
Robert Crinks is leading the OnPoint Business Development team. He brings 30+ years of experience working on major communication systems utilizing terrestrial, undersea, and satellite systems. He has strong systems engineering skills in the areas of requirements development, requirements analysis, project risk analysis, project schedule development and analysis, project configuration management and project earned value definition and analysis. He has managed the successful implementation of global long-haul networks. He also has significant international experience, having worked in the Middle East, Europe, and the United Kingdom.
Director of Human Resources
Nancy Summers is the Director of Human Resources and a member of the Leadership Team for OnPoint Consulting Services, Inc. As the Director of Human Resources, Nancy works closely with OnPoint’s executive team, client delivery, and business groups to align the company’s Human Resources (HR) initiatives with strategic goals and objectives. Her responsibilities include providing strategic direction for the full range of human capital functions. This includes an emphasis on employee development, leadership development, compliance, compensation, benefits, and talent management initiatives. Nancy brings more than 25 years of experience in government contracting. Prior to joining OnPoint, Nancy held leadership positions in both large and small government contractors advising them through the stages of growth, stabilization, strategic initiatives, and in some cases, mergers and acquisitions. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Pittsburgh Human Resource Association. She holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her fiancé’, watching sports, hiking, and following her son around the country while he plays baseball.
Director of Client Services
Mr. Bridgmon brings 15+ years of experience supporting the federal government and intelligence agencies with a focus on program/project management, IT service delivery, software development/maintenance and data center management. Mr. Bridgmon also brings healthcare experience supporting federal government and commercial programs. Mr. Bridgmon will be the Director of Client Services.
